The 59th Georgia State Meeting will be highlighted by this year's William "Bill" Bryant Social Action Project: a STEM partnership between Omega Psi Phi and Snellville Middle School in Snellville, Georgia (Gwinnett County). The event will take place on Thursday, September 29, 2022, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and concluding at 4:00 p.m. Students will learn from the men of Omega real-life applications of STEM, and gain hands-on experience in building solar cars, eventually concluding with a race at the end of the day.

The address for Snelville Middle School: 3155 Pate Rd, Snellville, GA 30078. All volunteers are asked to pre-register to prevent delays in getting verified and photo ID is required for admittance and interaction with the students. The school and host chapter Beta Lambda Lambda are seeking a minimum of 30 volunteers.

Registration Information (Required pre-event)

To reduce the time to validate individuals and authorize interaction with the students, Snellville Middle School is asking for pre-registration to get a count of volunteers. A photo ID will be required to enter the school and to interact with the students. Ideally, we need volunteers to stay the entirety of the event from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Thanks for registering. See you there!
