Personal & Emotional Development

We work to build self-esteem and confidence, especially for disadvantaged and at-risk youth. Navigate challenges and setbacks. Teach important life skills, such as perseverance and effective communication.

Academic and Career Success

Mentored students are more likely to stay in school, achieve higher grades and realize higher rates of college enrollment. Development of essential skills: time management; critical thinking; and networking.

Positive Surroundings

Mentored youth are less likely to engage in risky behaviors, substance abuse, or violence. They become better at managing conflict and building quality relationships.
