Thank you for being a part of the Omega vending program. We do not take your participation for granted. With a loyal following of sponsors and patrons, vendors have a unique opportunity to expose their brands to an expanded target audience. We are proud to offer an opportunity to reserve your vendor space at our next signature event. . All reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sales from non-designated areas during any of our events/conferences/conventions/meetings are strictly prohibited. Any violations to this policy will result in the revocation of your vendor’s license and a fine.

Please be advised that you must be issued a vendor’s contract to: (1) manufacturer or sell retail products bearing Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (“OPPF”) trademark/trade name, (also known as paraphernalia); and/or (2) sell paraphernalia or different items at any of the OPPF public functions.

Vendors that are not licensed and seeking to sale/exhibit non-Omega Psi Phi Products must:

Sign a letter of indemnification or
Provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and Beta Lambda Lambda Chapter, unincorporated association of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. MUST BE LISTED AS ADDITIONAL INSUREDs on the COI. The address to be listed is 3951 Snapfinger Parkway, Decatur, GA 30035. The minimum requirements for coverage are $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for each occurrence.

Booths will be open for sales during official Beta Lambda Lambda Chapter events at designated times set by the event chairmen. Times and logistics will be shared in advance with each approved vendor. Current Omega vendors are required to submit online a copy of their current license issued by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. along with payment. Vendors have the responsibility for their own set-up and breakdown, tables, chairs, etc. For other needs/questions, contact our vendor relations team listed below. Note: The Fraternity or any of its Chapter members associated with the organization is not responsible for the security of your merchandise.

Indemnification Agreement: By checking here, I acknowledge that it is the specific and express intent as the lndemnifier named below that in the event (lndemnifier) should either directly or indirectly, cause damage, loss, destruction, liability or claims against the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., lndemnifier agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. from any and all obligations, liabilities, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages, assessments, including legal fees, and court costs as a result of said lndemnifier's intentional actions or negligence. This indemnifcation agreement shall be enforceable as a separate cause of action in the event necessary.
